THE UX SPACE GUIDING PRIVACY PRINCIPLES

The UX Space is a collective brain, comprised of a diverse group of people who bring years of experience, dedication and commitment towards product ideation, design and development fields, bringing quality and innovation to our clients. At The UX Space we strive to deliver innovative and disruptive solutions that create value for our clients and our client’s clients. It is in these creations that design finds its identity.

So, we thought it would be helpful to lay out, in plain English, the The UX Space Guiding Privacy Principles that drive how we’ve chosen to design our services with privacy as a top priority.

You’ll find our official Privacy Policy below this section, but we hope you’ll find this summary of our principles helpful.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY: Personal data will not be disclosed, made available to third parties, or used for purposes other than those for which they were collected, except with the consent of the individual.
  • LIMITATION AND MINIMIZATION OF DATA: We practice data minimization, which means that we take steps to avoid collecting or storing information that we don’t need to provide our services.
  • WE DO NOT RENT OR SELL PERSONAL DATA: No The UX Space viewer can access another The UX Space viewer’s end-user data. And we are not in the business of renting or selling any customer’s or viewer’s end-user data to anyone else.
  • ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OPPOSITION and PORTABILITY: The UX Space wants to provide you with as much control as possible over the information that identifies you (Personal Information). Upon your request, The UX Space will (a) allow you access to your Personal Information; (b) remove your Personal Information from our database; and, (c) correct Personal Information that you have told The UX Space is inaccurate. Beyond these principles stated above, The UX Space will continue to find ways to design our services to respect end user privacy. We’re committed to making sure our customers understand how we use data they entrust to us and how they can control it so that they can, in turn, be transparent with their end users.
